As real estate is a very local business; we partner with local teams with proven track records and strong business relationships within the communities where our projects are located.
For select large urban development & master planning schemes; we act on either an advisory or a co-development basis.
Through Blue Ocean Accelerator; we act as an F&B accelerator for promising & proven restaurant brands, backed by talented founders and teams.
Structured around private-equity co-investment type opportunities; we work with reputed partners (in the USA, Europe and the Middle-East) providing our stakeholders with development expertise; access to capital & to a global network of valuable relationships with recognized players.
